Master of Kinesiology Degree in Sport Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University
Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University
Mental Coach Certification from Mental Training Inc.
In 2018, I co-created Wilfrid Laurier University's first mental performance program for over 60 athletes across 8 sports. In 2020, I created Soul Performance and currently work with individual athletes and organizations across Canada delivering mental performance and wellness sessions.
I'm an Atlantic University Sport (AUS) champion in cross-country running and track & field and the 2015 StFX University Male Student-Athlete of the Year. I served as captain of the StFX men's cross-country team for four years, winning four AUS team titles. Today, I still train in and around Vancouver, BC.
