Story
The triquetra (truh-kway-truh) represents three pillars of human performance.
Mind, body, and soul.

Mind contains thoughts, feelings, and perceptions.

Body
Mind thinks. Body feels. Soul observes.
Training the mind is critical to perform at a high level.
Skills like mindfulness, breathing, self-talk, and imagery help people every day be more calm, confident and focused.

So I created Soul Performance to teach high performers mental skills to think well and perform better.

As a university cross-country runner, I was convinced the only way to get better was to train harder and for longer.
It wasn't until several injuries and stints of burnout later that I learned the importance of mental training. Mental rehearsal, self-talk, and gratitude became my superpowers.

SCOTT DONALD, FOUNDER
Hi, I'm Scott.
I believe we can all be calm, confident, and focused under pressure. But most of us don't know how. I want to change that.

My mission is to teach world-class mental skills to people committed to being their best.
